Beyond the roles we hold as devotion, these are the offerings we are paid for — the conversions, referrals and operational work that go above what we both carry freely.
Magnetizing Someone In
Referring or magnetizing a person into the program — they found us through your visibility (YouTube, Instagram, podcast, a personal retreat).
Converting on a Sales Call
You took the sales call and converted them. If Summer takes a call and converts, she also receives 5%.
Referred and Converted — Yours End to End
When someone comes in purely through your content with no separate sales call, you hold both the referral and the conversion — 10%. (e.g. they came through Summer's podcast, or Gilly's YouTube, and simply joined.) If they came through both of us but Gilly converts on the call, that piece is 5%.

Managing the team, the VA, Fiverr hires, the platform, and hiring for the platform.
Sales Pages — Design & Build
The copy is baseline; designing, building and executing the sales pages is additional.
Email Sequences & Mutual Content
The copy is baseline; managing the VA, executing the sequences, doing the art, and producing mutual SOE Instagram posts is additional.
Running Ads & Funnels
Posting an ad and carrying it through the additional steps — sales page, funnel, execution — is a separate, compensated job.

Creating the visual art — ideograms, graphics and art pieces — for the program and our shared offerings.
Magnetizing Through Her Visibility
When she magnetizes someone into our field through her own world — her personal retreats and events, her YouTube reaching the millions, all the ways she is visible — she earns 5% for calling them in.
The Conversion on Her Sales Calls
Taking the sales calls is part of her baseline; the conversion is additional. She earns a conversion on every single person she closes through a sales call.
The principle: writing and channeling lives in the baseline — the words, the structure, the transmission. Designing, building, managing and converting is held as additional.

How do I compensate the management layer?
Beyond writing the copy, Summer is the one managing the shared engine — the VA, the platform and team, and all the content that belongs to both of us (the mutual email sequences, the shared online posts, the art from Ideogram). That feels like a distinct job, the way Gilly's sales calls carry a conversion rate. Hourly doesn't feel quite right for it — there's an additional role here, being the manager / operator of our shared business, that wants its own form of compensation. What is the right structure?
